He began his career in the downstream petroleum sector with NNPC-PPMC Warri, Delta State, before transitioning to Nuel Ojei Group, Lagos, as Head of Administration & Protocol. There, he played a key role in the Total Radar Coverage of Nigeria (TRACON), a federal government project under the Nigerian Airspace Management Authority (NAMA) in partnership with Thales France. For over six years, he efficiently handled travel, logistics, and hospitality for over 100 expatriates.

Olushola Adebote
Olushola Adebote has over 16 years of qualification experience across various sectors of the economy, such as security and safety, asset management, agro-allied, manufacturing, etc.
He joined Impacto Trading Nigeria Limited (a Member of Impacto Grupo World – Spain) as Accounts Officer in 2006 and his role was later changed to Internal Auditing due to the outcome of the company’s business process re-engineering exercise, and he held the position as Internal Auditor till December 2007.
He joined SIFAX Group in 2008 as a Senior Internal Audit Officer. Through selfless hard work, he moved up the ladder and became Head of Audit. He was redeployed to Skyway Aviation Handling Company Limited (now Plc) as Head of Audit in 2013. He was later redeployed back to SIFAX Group Head Office, and he is currently the Group Head of Internal Audit.
He holds an HND in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic, Offa Kwara State in 2001, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University, Ojo.

His passion for financial excellence led him to Cormart Nigeria Ltd (CHI Ltd) in 2006, where he played a critical role in internal auditing and financial compliance.
In 2007, he joined SIFAX Group as an Account Officer, rising through the ranks to become the Group Chief Finance Officer. In this role, he is responsible for finance, strategy, budgeting, and performance management, ensuring SIFAX Group maintains strong financial health and operational efficiency.

Abayomi Obadare
Abayomi Obadare currently serves as the Group Deputy Director, Billings and Commercial at SIFAX Group, bringing over three decades of professional expertise and leadership to the organization.
He began his academic journey at Yaba College of Technology, earning his first degree in 1991, and subsequently obtained a Master’s in Financial Management (MBA) from Lagos State University. To further enhance his leadership and managerial acumen, Obadare has participated in numerous top-tier management courses and workshops both within Nigeria and internationally.
His career commenced in the banking sector, where he gained invaluable experience in banking operations. In 2004, he joined SIFAX Group as an Internal Auditor and has since made remarkable contributions across various key roles. Over the years, he has amassed extensive professional knowledge in shipping, port operations, and maritime administration. His diverse portfolio at SIFAX Group includes roles such as Clearing and Forwarding Manager, Group Logistics and Procurement Manager, General Manager, Billings and Commercial, and Group Head, Internal Control.
Mr. Obadare’s expertise is underscored by his numerous professional affiliations. He is a Fellow of the following prestigious institutions – the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, the Port and Terminal Management Academy of Nigeria and the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. He is also a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (MILT).
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Obadare is deeply committed to humanitarian causes. As a Senior Member of Lions Clubs International, District 404, Nigeria, he actively contributes to community development and philanthropic initiatives. Barr. Ezekiel Olanrewaju Ajewole
Barrister Ezekiel Olanrewaju Ajewole is an Executive Director and the Senior Special Assistant to the Group Executive Vice-Chairman. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos in 2003 and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court in 2006. He is also a holder of Ordinary National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Yaba College of Technology Yaba and Diploma in Law from Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos in 1995.
Barrister Ajewole has rendered meritorious services in many corporate organizations such as Pharchem Ind. Limited between 1974 and 1977; Nigerian Merchant Bank Limited between 1977 and 1979; and Berec Nigeria Plc where he held several positions such as Senior Confidential Secretary, Operations Manager, and Shipping Manager among others, between 1979 and 1998. He has also worked at Industrial Cartons Limited between 1999 to 2005 as the Personal Assistant to the Chairman.
He joined SIFAX Group in 2006 as the Special Assistant to the Group Executive Chairman and rose through the ranks to become an Executive Director in the Chairman’s office.

Jesuyemisi Odeyemi
Jesuyemisi Odeyemi is the Group Head of Legal Services and Company Secretary, responsible for overseeing legal affairs across SIFAX Group and providing strategic guidance to its subsidiaries. With a solid background in law, corporate governance, and strategic management, she ensures the Group maintains high legal and ethical standards.
Odeyemi holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Ado Ekiti and completed her legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus. She began her career as an associate counsel at A. Nwuke & Associates before transitioning to Ajose Adeogun & Associates, gaining a wealth of legal experience.
In 2008, she joined the banking sector, where she was a key contributor to the development of the branch operations system and processes of Wema Bank Plc. This role saw her lead various departments and units in the branch operations network of the bank, including customer service, cash operations, transaction processing, and overall branch management. Her leadership and customer-focused approach were key to her success in the banking industry. After 10 years in the banking industry, she was appointed Group Company Secretary/Director of Public Affairs of Adron Homes & Properties, providing advisory services on corporate governance and legal compliance. Odeyemi is a member of professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators (ICSAN), Institute of Directors (IOD) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb), reflecting her dedication to governance and legal excellence.

Bode Ojeniyi
With over 25 years of experience in finance, banking, and insurance, Bode Ojeniyi is a visionary leader in corporate services and business strategy. His ability to drive growth, optimize operational efficiency, and implement high-impact financial strategies has positioned him as an integral figure in SIFAX Group’s executive leadership team.
He currently serves as the Group Managing Director, Sky Capital Group, the financial services arm of SIFAX Group.
Before joining SIFAX Group, he was a Group Executive Director at Wapic Insurance Plc, where he managed multiple business functions, including sales, finance, audit & compliance, risk management, HR, investor relations, legal & company secretariat, corporate communications, and branding. His vast experience also includes leadership roles at Ecobank Nigeria and Access Bank Plc, where he played a pivotal role in business development and corporate banking.
Bode holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA in Strategic Management from Ogun State University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria and the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria. Additionally, he is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK, and an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Mrs. Folashade Afolabi
Folashade Afolabi is the Executive Chairman, SIFAX Off Dock Nigeria Limited and Sky Capital & Allied International Limited.
She is a graduate of the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. The thorough-bred Regional and Town Planning professional also holds a Master’s degree in Transport Management, majoring in Logistics from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria.
She has about thirty-five years of professional experience in building engineering, which has taken her through HFP Engineering Company and Fast Foot Steps Construction Company between 1989 and 2008.
Before assuming the role as Chairman of the two companies, she served as the Executive Director of SIFAX Off Dock from 2008 to 2010. She is also a board member of Skyway Aviation Handling Company PLC (SAHCO).
She is also the CEO of Macjasonack Construction Company Limited, a building and construction engineering firm based in Lagos, Nigeria.
